Back from two days of dragonboat training! Quite tough!! or maybe i am too weak? Haha!
1st day Went for 7km jog. The pace quite fast but managed to keep up with the rest. Hahax! Suddenly, becoming the weakest among people, I am just not use to it. Usually i am quite average. But suddenly drop to the end. It jus didnt feel good! Awww! Need to train more! Push myself! After jogging when to row for 3 hours. Hmm. Maintanence training trying to keep the speed at 14. I could hardly keep up. Haha! Then bought paddle from hongyi, $60 only! And the condition is still very good, almost like new, no scratches. Went with ngiam to bugis to look for the sticker shop and customized my sticker for paddle! It's a "威". 威风的威. Waiting for them sms me to collect, around 2 to 3 days. It's gonna be super cool! Yup then when to eat with por and yang at 85. And chit chatted a bit.
2nd day Went for training again. Today was special! We rowed in the rain! The feeling is awsome! Like a sudden boost in strength! Haha! After rowing did some pull-ups and ALOT of pushups. Went to expo with ngiam and taupok. I bought slippers, levi's singlet and 2 shirts! Total cost less than $50! Cheap right. Haha! I'm thrifty. After than when home and dead on the bed. Totally worn out. yuppp!
No more security training. Cos they cant help me arrange it on the first week. And ngiam wants it on next holiday. Hahax. It's good too i can rest. Like finally. Lets lota, read book, swim, jog and basketball! :)
